High-tech development is inseparable from the computer, which gives computer science and technology a great opportunity for the development. It will be an always full of energy and always moving forward with the science. We have to recognize it with development of vision. This paper mainly discusses the computer science and technology in its frontier of science, main research directions and some of the major institutions of higher learning in courses offered. What’s more, analyzes the core issues of this scientific theory --abstract mathematical logic. Algorithm is described in detail the process of building and the software development process should have the ability.
