城市滨水区论文：城市滨水区的旅游开发与利用 【中文摘要】城市滨水区旅游开发与利用是滨水城市规划研究的重点问题。本文以临沂市滨河景观带旅游规划实践为例,重点论述了城市滨水区规划设计应该从全局出发,多方位、多学科的进行综合考虑;滨水区的整体布局、土地利用、旅游开发、生态保护、城市形象、经济开发等方面应整体协调发展。文章最终提出城市滨水区景观建设应该从现有单一绿地功能向综合功能转化。加强构建水岸商旅文化产业集群和营造水岸的都市人文氛围。在现行滨河纯景观建设的基础上,应增加功能性景观建设,使各种旅游设施和项目景观化,与原有的景观环境相协调,并使原有的纯景观发挥旅游和经济的功效。同时应加强旅游产品的研发发和营销,加强景区管理和运营。使城市滨水区得价值发挥更大的作用。 【英文摘要】Urban waterfront tourism development and the use are waterfront city planning studies focus on the problem.
