PRICE The price shall be any unknown London Metal Exchange Nickel quotation during the quotational period adjusted to June 17th,2015 plus a premium of USD XXX (USD XXXXXX) per MTS. 6. QUOTATIONAL PERIOD 6.1 The Buyer has the right to price on any London Metal Exchange working day or days from the Seller’s confirmation of receipt of fully workable letter of credit or pre-pricing cash deposit from the Buyer in an amount agreed by Seller until June 15th,2015. 6.2 Buyer shall declare pricing options under clause 6.1 in lot of minimum 30 (thirty) metric ton.
