南阳理工学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目：基于ALTERA公司CYCLONE系列的 大型SOC设计 姓 名： 学 号： 专 业： 系 别： 指导教师： 起止日期： 基于ALTERA公司CYCLONE系列的大型SOC设计 [摘要] 当今社会是数字化的社会，是数字集成电路广泛应用的社会。数字集成电路本身在不断地进行更新换代。它由早期的电子管、晶体管、小中规模集成电路、发展到超大规模集成电路以及许多具有特定功能的专用集成电路。 本文根据目前Altera公司的器件.提出了LED显示屏幕的256级的灰度设计的总体方案和设计思路．将论文的目标定位在两个方面:FPGA把单片机从PC机里面发过来的数据存到内存(SRAM)里面和FPGA把存到内存(SRAM)里面的数据根据一定的方式扫描输出.电路设计的单片机采用新华龙公司具有8051核和内嵌FLASH ROM,A/D,D/A转换的C8051F340单片机.FPGA采用ALTERA公司的CYCLONE系列的的EP1C3T100C6.软件采用ALTERA公司设计软件Quartus2和KEIL C51软件来编制系统.用单片机上电配置FPGA. 本文利用了单片机和FPGA结合在一起做系统,利用单片机和FPGA的各自的优点提高产品性价比，可靠性,稳定性.为以后的系统的更新等方面进行有益的帮助.
