精品论文 参考文献 负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮治疗深度烧伤感染创面的临床观察 候强 刘东红 路艳花 [摘 要]目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮治疗深度烧伤感染创面的治疗效果与应用价值。方法：选择我院治疗的深度烧伤感染创面患者92例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用植皮联合加压包扎治疗，观察组采用负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮治疗，记录两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗优良率高于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组肉芽生长时间、愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮治疗深度烧伤感染创面临床疗效可靠，缩短肉芽生长时间和愈合时间，减轻患者疼痛程度，值得在临床上大力推广使用。 [关键词]负压封闭引流 游离植皮 深度烧伤 感染创面 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2014.48.005 作者单位： 271000，山东泰安，山东省泰安市泰山医学院附属医院 The Clinical Observation of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined with Free Skin Grafting in the Treatment of Deep Burn Wound Infection Hou Qiang, Liu Donghong, Lu Yanhua Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and application value of vacuum sealing drainage combined with free skin grafting in the treatment of deep burn wound infection. Methods 92 patients with deep burn wound infection in the authorsrsquo; hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group accepted skin grafting combined with compression bandaging treatment while the observation group accepted vacuum sealing drainage combined with free skin grafting treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were recorded. Results The excellent and good treatment rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, (P lt; 0.05). The granulation time, healing time, hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group and the pain scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant,(P lt; 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with free skin grafting in the treatment of deep burn wound infection is reliable. It can shorten the granulation time, healing time, and reduce patientsrsquo; pain degree, which is worth popularizing in clinical application. Key words: vacuum sealing d
