Abstract
China Banking Regulatory Commission issued “China Banking Regulatory Commission Order No. 2016” —— Interim Measures for the administration of business activities of Internet lending information intermediary institutions, which brought shock on the loan platform of the existing Internet financial network. Supervision and control measures force the whole industry to small, decentralized direction, and the overall transformation is to personal credit loans, small car mortgages and consumer loans. Among these three loans, personal credit loans and small car mortgages belong to Red sea business of market competition, while consumer loans belong to Blue sea business of market competition.
