重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 在建高层建筑火灾风险研究 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 助理指导教师： 专 业：安全工程 重庆大学资源及环境科学学院 二O一五年六月 Graduation Thesis of Chongqing University Research on the Fire Risk of High-rise Buildings under Construction Undergraduate: Supervisor: Assistant Supervisor : Major: Safety Engineering College of Resources and Environmental Science Chongqing University June 2015摘要 在建高层建筑火灾具有容易发生、难以遏制且难以扑救的特点，其不仅对人们的生命和财产形成威胁，而且会产生不良的社会影响，对在建高层建筑火灾风险进行研究具有重大的实际价值。 国内外对已建高层建筑火灾风险的研究已经比较成熟，也提出了很多有效的火灾风险评估方法，但是对在建高层建筑火灾风险的研究仍然相对不足。从国内来看，这方面的研究仍处发展阶段，既没有系统的在建高层建筑火灾统计数据，现行的相关规范内容也不够全面，更没有成熟的风险评估方法。本文在案例分析的基础上，对在建高层建筑火灾风险进行研究，尝试建立在建高层建筑火灾风险评价体系，希望能为在建高层建筑现场的消防安全管理以及相关规范的健全提供参考。本文进行的主要工作如下： ①收集实际案例，对火灾发生的时间、施工阶段、引发火灾的原因以及火灾造成的后果都做了详细的统计分析，了解到在建高层建筑火灾的部分特点。 ②参考已建高层建筑火灾风险评价体系，重点关注在建高层建筑的装修阶段，通过案例分析、事故树分析和对照相关规范，确立了火灾风险评价三级指标，利用层次分析法得出各指标权重，并使评价结果量化，确定了评价分数与火灾风险等级的对应关系，最终建立起完整的在建高层建筑装修阶段的火灾风险评价体系。 ③利用得到的评价体系对重庆市江北城国金中心在建T1塔楼进行了火灾风险研究，对评价结果进行了分析，并提出了相关改进措施。实践证明该体系具有一定的实用性。 关键词：在建高层建筑，火灾，风险评估，评价体系，层次分析法 ABSTRACT The fire of high-rise buildings under construction is easy to occur but difficult to control and extinguish. Not only does it threaten people’s life and property, but also brings up the malaise in society. So it’s quite necessary to carry out research on the fire risk of high-rise buildings under construction. The research on the fire risk of existing high-rise buildings has been relatively mature. Many experts and scholars have put forward varieties of methods of the fire risk evaluation. However, the correlation research on high-rise buildings under construction is still at its development stage. Neither systematic fire case databases nor effective evaluation methods have been proposed. Therefore, basing on the analysis of cases, this research tries to establish an evaluation index system on the fire risk of high-rise buildings under construction. This evaluation index system is expected to provide references for the fire safety management on site and the improvement of relevant norms.
