本科毕业论文（设计） 某校公共卫生专业学生近视现状调查分析 学 院 公共卫生学院 专 业 预防医学(卫生信息管理方向) 年 级 2004级 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 2008年10月31日 目 录 摘要 …………………………………………………………………………………(1) 正文 …………………………………………………………………………………(2) 参考文献 ……………………………………………………………………………(8) 综述 …………………………………………………………………………………(9) 致谢…………………………………………………………………………………(15) 诚信声明……………………………………………………………………………(16) 摘 要 目的 调查我校公共卫生专业学生近视的现状，寻找和探讨影响视力的相关因素，为在校学生视力保健提供依据。方法 随机整群抽取公共卫生学院04级、05级、06级三个年级学生，进行问卷调查并收集相关资料。结果 我院学生近视率为81.02％，女生的近视率高于男生。有41.54％学生觉得视力与入大学前相比有下降的趋势。学生视力受教室学习时的光线、阅读时书本与眼睛的距离、阅读时间的长短、用眼疲劳时是否停下来休息、平时看电视的距离五个因素的影响。结论 我院学生近视现象较为普遍，学生应注意用眼卫生，减轻用眼负荷，用眼疲劳是应适当休息，发现视力不好，应及时检查和佩戴眼镜。 关键词：近视 近视率 用眼卫生 影响因素 Abstract Objective: Investigates nearsightednesss present situation of public health academy students in our school,to discuss the correlation factors which influence vision,then provide health care based on the vision For the students.Method: Random sample community in public health academy students of grade 04-06,Carries on the questionnaire survey and collects the correlation data. Result: Our academy students nearsightedness rate is 81.02% ,Female students nearsightedness rate is higher than the male students.Some 41.54% students thought that the vision before entering the university to compare has the drop tendency .Five factors affect the student vision:The classroom optical fiber when students are studying、the distance between ook and eye when students are reading、Reading time
