专科毕业设计（论文） 设计题目： 轮机员安全报警系统PAC 控制设计 系 部： 电气工程系 专 业： 工企电气自动化 班 级： 工企电气 姓 名： 学 号： 1 指导教师： 职 称： 讲 师 20 12年6月 南京 摘 要 船舶机舱监测系统是船舶自动化的重要组成部分，是代替轮机员正确实现对机舱中主，辅机等设备和各系统进行有效巡视管理的主要手段。延伸报警和轮机员召唤功能是为实现无人机舱船舶而设计的。延伸报警板上有报警批示灯及蜂鸣器，用于指示报警内容和等级，轮机员在自己的房间里即可随时监测机舱运行设备的工作状态。本课题所设计的轮机员安全报警系统采用研华PAC控制，当机舱无人时，一旦有报警发生，要求值班轮机员在3分钟内到集控室复位，并到机舱采取相应措施是故障设备恢复正常工作状态。否则3分钟后所有延伸报警板蜂鸣器都会响，以告知值班轮机员不在岗位。从而使轮机员的工作更加安全可靠。 关键词 轮机员安全 机舱监测报警系统 PAC 延伸报警板  Abstract Ship engine room monitoring system is an important part of the ship automation, is instead of engineer manoeuvres in the engine room right to realize the main, auxiliary equipment and the system is the main method effective patrol management. Extensions alarm and engineer manoeuvres summon function is to achieve the ums and design of the ship. Extensions alarm board has alarm lamp and instructions on the buzzer, used to indicate the content and level alarm, engineer in my room to monitor the operation can be the working state of the equipment. The design of this topic of engineer safety alarm system developed by China PAC control, and when the cabin no person, once there is alarming, on duty requirement of engineer in 3 minutes to ecr reset, and take corresponding measures to the cabin fault equipment is back to normal working condition. Or 3 minutes after all extensions alarm board will ring buzzer to inform duty of engineer is not in the post. So that the engineer manoeuvres work more safety and reliable.
