摘 要 网上购物作为电子商务中的重要组成部分,正以一个惊人的速度发展着。 本文以问卷调查为主,访谈、资料调查为辅去了解大学生当前的网上购物现状,并运用统计学方法分析他们网络购物的行为的特征、过程,存在的问题和个人客观因素、外界因素对网购行为的影响;还针对大学生的网络消费行为对网络经销商的经营项目规划、网店形象维护及定价策略和客户关系管理几方面给出了建议;同时还针对大学生网购过程中存在的问题,对大学生网上购物提出几点建议。 【关键词】Spearman等级相关分析 ABSTRACT With the popularity of Internet technology, e-commerce has become Chinas emerging commercial operation mode. Online shopping as the important constituent of e-commerce is developing at an alarming rate. Especially in the modern college students, college students as a special consumer groups, they have strong ability to accept new things, and they have a lot of disposable leisure time, but disposable time relatively scattered, moreover, many new university campus is distributed in the region is far away from the business district to the extent that limits the consumer. so college students shopping online, in his bedroom can students can buy gratified flexibly commodity, online shopping advantage is reflected. So shopping online also become more and more the favour of college students, and the students also has become the mainstay of online shopping.
