精品论文 参考文献 过氧化氢等离子体灭菌器运行环境中H2O2残留量测试研究 袁翠兰 胥树萍（通讯作者） 陈芳芳 　　重庆三峡中心医院消毒供应中心 404000 　　摘要：目的 分析国内医院使用的过氧化氢等离子体灭菌器在运行过程中，是否存在H2O2气体排放超标的职业安全防护隐患，并探索消除可能产生该隐患的措施。方法 在重庆地区的医院中选择1台进口和2台国产的过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器作为样本设备，安放该设备房间内的空气作为检测对象，分别检测灭菌器运行前、灭菌带载运行过程中第一个排气阶段、灭菌带载运行过程中第二个排气阶段和灭菌运行结束开门取物阶段时空气中H2O2气体的含量。结果 进口过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器安放的房间内检测到的H2O2气体的最大含量为0.89 mg/m3，与STEL规定的4.2mg/m3安全阀值相比较属安全范围，而2台国产等离子体灭菌器在运行过程中向房间内???放的H2O2气体较多，分别达31.55 mg/m3和37.86mg/m3，职业安全隐患较大。结论 国产过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器存在一定的技术局限性，建议在安放设备的房间内增设通风设施，使灭菌器运行过程中排出的H2O2气体被快速稀释和排放出灭菌工作区域，确保职业安全。 　　关键词：过氧化氢等离子体灭菌；灭菌设备；化学灭菌；职业安全 　　Abstract：Objective Through Analysis of domestic hospitals use H2O2 plasma sterilizer in the process of running，the presence of H2O2 gases excessive amounts of occupational safety hidden trouble，and explore to eliminate the threat of measures may be produced.Methods In CHONG QING district hospital，the choice of 1foreign production and 2domestic production H2O2 plasma sterilizer as sample equipment，placed in the equipment room air as testing object，sterilizer was detected in the process of operation，the sterilization load before the first exhaust phase，the sterilization load operation in the process of the second phase of exhaust and sterilization operation finished open fetch stage of H2O2 gases in the air.Results Foreign production of H2O2plasma sterilizer room detected was laid the maximum content of H2O2 gas is 0.89 mg/m3，4.2 mg/m3 with STEL stipulations safety valve value belongs to the scope of security，compared the 2 domestic production of H2O2 plasma sterilizer is discharged into the room during the process of running H2O2 gas is more，respectively up to 31.55 mg/m3 and 37.86 mg/m3，occupational safety hidden trouble.Conclusion Domestic production of H2O2 plasma sterilizer has certain technical limitations，it is recommended to put additional ventilation equipment room，make the sterilizer is running out of H2O2 was quickly dilute gas and emissions of sterilization work area，ensure occupational safety.
