大学毕业设计（论文）说明书 办公自动化 应用系统 Office Automation Application System 学 院： 专 业：计算机科学与技术系 年 级： 姓 名： 摘要 办公自动化（OA，Office?Automation），是70年代中期发达国家为解决办公业务量急剧增加对企业生产率产生巨大影响问题的背景下，发展起来的一门综合性技术。它的基本任务是利用先进的科学技术，使人们借助各种设备解决对一部分办公业务的处理，达到提高生产率、工作效率和质量，方便管理和决策的目的。随着以计算机技术、通讯技术为代表的信息技术的发展，办公自动化在企事业单位的管理、经营活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用In the middle of the 70s of the 20th century, the developed countries want to resolve the problem that official bussiness work is sharply increasing, which had engendered large infection to the productivity of the enterprise. Then as a synthesis technology the Office Automation was developing. The basic task of OA is using the advanced technology and kinds of equipments to deal with a measure of the official work, in order to improve the productivity, work efficiency and make management and decision-making become convenient. Along with the computer technology and communication technology which are the representation of the information technology developing, the Office Automation brings into play more and more important action in the management and prosecution of the enterprises. Aiming at the small and not very large company, in this article we give a resolving project and the particular design for a material OA application system. The design uses Petrinet math modeling and adopts distributed three layer system structure, gives prominence to the thin-client trait, so as to exploiture, maintenance and use all become more convenient and more agility.
