摘 要
当前,随着市场经济体制的日趋完善、知识经济的崛起、经济全球化的加快、社会管理的复杂化以及科学技术的迅猛发展,秘书工作无论内涵还是外延都表现出了一些新特点。秘书工作的作用和地位更加突出,社会对秘书的要求越来越高。审慎、稳健地驾驭复杂局势的能力已成为新世纪领导者的必备能力。一个事业心和发展意识都很强的领导,必然要求秘书部门是一个既灵敏又高效的机构,秘书班子是一个既有思想又有胆识的群体;要求他们能够站在全局的高度在大事、要事上提供情况、当好高参,能够围绕重点、难点、热点问题为决策出高招、实招。与此同时,企事业单位对秘书的要求也越来越高,高层次、高素质的复合型人才越来越受到社会重视。在人才市场上,单一型秘书的推荐成功率仅为8%,而复合型秘书的推荐成功率达到25%,80%以上的现代企业需要具备多种能力的复合型人才。这说明新世纪秘书的角色已渐渐发生变化。

Characteristics of the secretarial work in the new period
ABSTRACT
At present, with the maturing of the market economy system, the rise of knowledge-based economy, the acceleration of economic globalization, the complexity of the social management and the rapid development of science and technology, secretarial work, regardless of the connotation or the denotation show some new features. A more prominent role and status of the secretarial work, the society is increasingly high demand on the secretary. Financially sound and prudent manner the ability to cope with complicated situations has become the essential ability of the leader of the new century. Strong leadership of a sense of professionalism and development of consciousness inevitably require the Secretary of the department is a sensitive and efficient institutions, the Secretary of the team is a well-established thinking and courageous groups; they can stand in the overall height in the event, to things, when the high participation can focus on the key, difficult, hot issues for decision-making tactics, which are real. At the same time, enterprises and institutions of the Secretary of getting higher and higher, high-level, high-quality compound talents more and more social attention. In the talent market, the success rate of single secretary recommended for 8, compound the recommendation of the Secretary of the success rate of more than 25,80 modern enterprise needs with a variety of compound talents. This shows that the new era secretarys role has gradually changed.
