本科学生毕业设计 基于WEB的汽车修配厂管理信息系统 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一二年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree WEB-based Automotive Repair Shop Management Information System Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2012-06·Harbin 摘　　要 本汽车修配厂管理系统的功能主要完成进厂维修车辆的基本信息以及在业务过程中产生的信息的管理，大体上包括车辆的基本信息的管理、零配件的采购管理以及修理过程信息管理等。维修车辆的基本信息的管理包括客户信息管理、车辆信息管理及车辆维修记录的管理，同时实现维修记录的增加、修改、删除维修记录的功能。零配件的采购管理实现对车辆配件的采购管理以及配件供应商信息的管理。综合查询实现对车辆的基本信息、维修记录信息、维修项目信息、维修结算信息和维修配件材料信息的查询。 系统首先要符合车辆维修企业的业务需求，降低了企业的管理难度，提高了企业效率。通过对汽车维修管理，零配件管理及相关财务管理工作的调研与分析，并具有多个功能模块协调发挥作用的汽车修配管理信息系统，以实现运输企业的信息化管理，帮助企业将更多数据量大、重复性强、经验性要求高的繁琐工作通过现代信息技术进行统计、分析，以指导企业多方面工作。增加更多的便捷信息资源共享功能，使相关部门的相关信息、工作可以互相调阅、互相监督、互相利用，增强工作的透明度和便利性。此外，还须满足操作简单，界面友好，易于维护和扩展，数据准确可靠，安全性能高等要求。 开发本系统的目的在于将传统的汽车维修业务信息化，使其能够与当今的主流商业、服务业模式相匹配，从而促使该行业继续进步发展，以便为社会的整体进步铺路设桥。 关键词：车辆管理；维修综合查询；汽车维修管理；数据库；管理信息系统  ABSTRACT The car factory management system function mainly into the factory repair vehicle basic information and business in the course of the information management, generally including the basic vehicle information management, spare parts procurement management and repair process information management.
