精品论文 参考文献 针灸疗法对于骨折病的辅助治疗的临床分析 山宪东 　　四川省雅安市天全县中医医院康复科 四川雅安 625500 　　摘要：目的 研究并探讨针灸疗法对于骨折病的临床辅助治疗的的临床效果，并分析其应用价值。方法 选取我院自2013年11月至2014年8月期间收治的90例骨折患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者45例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上再添加施以针灸疗法。比较实验组患者以及对照组患者治疗后的疼痛情况，骨折愈合时间，功能恢复情况，比较实验组患者以及对照组患者的临床疗效差异。结果 由统计结果可得，实验组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组患者，实验组患者的疼痛情况显著低于对照组患者，组间差异明显（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 针灸疗法对于骨折的临床辅助治疗具有较高的临床疗效，能提高患者的痛阈，缓解患者的疼痛，部分患者的骨折愈合时间缩短，值得在临床上广泛推广。 　　关键词：针灸疗法；骨伤；辅助治疗；临床疗效 　　Abstract：objective：to study and to explore the clinical auxiliary treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for fracture of the clinical effect，and analyzes its application value.Methods：select our hospital from November 2013 to August 2013 admitted during the period of 90 patients with fracture as the research object，all of the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group，45 cases of patients in each group，control group patients give regular treatment，treatment group patients in the control group on the basis of add to acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.Comparative experimental group patients and the control group after treatment in patients with pain，fracture healing time，function recovery，the clinical curative effect of patients and controls were compared.Results：the statistical results from the study，the clinical curative effect of patients was superior to that of the control group patients，patients with pain in the experimental group patients was significantly lower than control group，the difference between group significantly（P lt; 0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for bone fracture clinical adjuvant therapy has high clinical curative effect，can improve the patients pain threshold，reduce the pain of patients，some patients to shorten fracture healing time，is worth popularizing in clinic widely. 　　Key words：acupuncture therapy；Fractures；Adjuvant therapy；Clinical curative effect 　　骨折在现代社会是很普遍的一类疾病，以车祸伤居多，在中老年人群中发病率也较高。骨折病对患者的生活质量影响
