精品论文 参考文献 针灸疗法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留30例临床观察 (成都现代医院肛肠科 四川 成都 610041) 【摘要】 目的：研究分析针灸疗法用于肛肠术后尿潴留的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年08月～2015年02月期间收治的30例肛肠术后尿潴留患者，按照硬币法把所选患者分成数量不等的两组，针灸组和对照组。针灸组20例病例，对照组10例病例。使用诱导排尿疗法治疗对照组患者，而针灸组则给予实施针灸疗法治疗，分析对比两组治疗后膀胱残留尿量多少和治疗效果。结果：治疗前测量两组膀胱残留尿量无差异，比较无意义。治疗后针灸组膀胱残留尿量平均值（185.21plusmn;6.69）ml显著少于对照组残留尿量（597.38plusmn;8.67）ml。针灸组治疗总有效率（95.00%）显著高于对照组（70.00%）。治疗后两组膀胱残留尿量和治疗效果比较差异（P＜0.05），均有统计学意义。结论：针对肛肠术后尿潴留患者给予针灸治疗方法临床效果确切，对肛肠术后尿潴留患者排尿不畅问题能够有效缓解，针灸疗法应当临床推广。 【关键词】 肛肠术后；尿潴留；针灸疗法；临床效果 【中图分类号】R245 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）01-0028-02 Acupuncture treatment of anorectal postoperative urinary retention of 30 cases of clinical observation Qi Dazhou.
