精品论文 参考文献 阿苯达唑片的质量评价及临床应用 马好斌 　　（焦作煤业（集团）有限责任公司中央医院河南焦作454000） 　　【摘要】目的：就阿苯达唑片的质量评价及临床应用进行探讨。方法：对本单位及市售的3个厂家的产品进行了质量比较。结果：三个厂家阿苯达唑片的溶出度均符合《中华人民共和国药典》（2005年版）规定的45mingt;6500%的规定，其中最高的为A厂：6948%，最低的为C厂：6579%。经统计学处理,三者与药典规定的标准6500%比较，差异均无显著性意义（P＞005）。三个厂家阿苯达唑片的含量测定结果：A厂为9876%，B厂为9312%，C厂为9783%。三者均符合药典规定：含量为标示量的900~1100%。结论：阿苯达唑是我国卫生部和世界卫生组织所主要推荐的驱虫药，具有方便、安全、高效、广谱等多种特性，属于典型的苯骈咪唑类药物。阿苯达唑对于蛲虫、钩虫、蛔虫等为代表的多种蠕虫感染有良好疗效。 　　【关键词】阿苯达唑片；质量评价；临床应用Clinical application and evaluation of albendazole tablets. 　　Ma Haobin(Jiaozuo coal industry (Group) limited liability company Central Hospital, Henan, Jiaozuo, 454000) 　　【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical application and quality evaluation of albendazole tablets. Methods: 3 of the unit and the commercially available products are quality comparison. Results: three manufacturers of albendazole tablets solubility are in line with the Pharmacopoeia of the peoples Republic of China (2005 Edition) provisions of 45mingt;650%, the highest for the A factory: 6948%, the lowest for the C factory: 65  79%. After statistics processing, compared with the Pharmacopoeia standards stipulated in three of 65  0%, have no significant difference (Pgt;005). Three manufacturers of albendazole in albendazole tablets were: A factory for 9876%, B factory for 9312%, C factory for 9783%. Three are in line with the Pharmacopoeia: content is marked in the amount of 900~1100%. Conclusion: Anthelmintic albendazole is Chinas Ministry of health and who are recommended, with convenient, safe, efficient, broad-spectrum and other characteristics, which belongs to the typical benzimidazole drugs.
