精品论文 参考文献 饮食护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者营养状况的干预价值 向录秀 　　湖南省东安县人民医院 湖南永州 425000 　　摘要：目的：探讨饮食护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者营养状况的干预价值，并总结临床经验。方法：本研究从2014年02月至2015年02月期间来我院消化内科进行治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者中随机抽取120例，平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组只采用常规护理方法进行护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上采用饮食护理进行护理。评价两组患者不同护理后的护理总有效率以及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者的显效率为35.59%，有效率为59.27%，护理总有效率为94.86%，均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组中，满意59例，不满意共1例，满意度为98.33%，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。以上差异均具有统计学意义。结论：临床上对溃疡性结肠炎患者营养状况进行饮食护理干预，能够有效提高患者的护理有效率，促进患者病情的康复，疗效显著，患者满意度高，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词：饮食护理；溃疡性结肠炎；营养状况；临床效果；干预价值 　　abstract：objective：to study the diet nursing intervention of nutritional status in patients with ulcerative colitis，and summarize the clinical experience.Methods：in this study 2014 2014 from the present to present to our hospital during the period of digestive internal medicine for treatment of ulcerative colitis patients randomly selected 120 cases，divided into control group and observation group，on average.The control group only with conventional nursing care methods.Observe group on the basis of conventional nursing with diet nursing care.After the evaluation of two groups of patients with different nursing care total effective rate and patients satisfaction.Results：the observation group of patients with significant efficiency was 35.59%，effective rate was 59.27%，nursing the total effective rate was 94.86%，significantly higher than the control group（P lt; 0.05）；In the observation group，59 cases，are not satisfied with a total of 1 case，degree of satisfaction was 98.33%，significantly higher than the control group（P lt; 0.05）.The above differences are statistically significant.Conclusions：in patients with ulcerative colitis clinical nutrition diet nursing intervention，can effectively improve the patients care efficiently and promote the recovery of the patients，curative effect is distinct，and patient satisfaction is high，is worth popularization and application in the clinical practice. 　　key words：diet nursing care；Ulcerative colitis；Nutritional status；Clinical effect；The value of intervention； 　　溃疡性结肠炎（u
