Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of the Director, IARI, in two bid system from manufacturer/ in-line firms for the Annual Maintenance Contract of Servo Stabilizers at National Phytotron Facility. The detailed specifications and terms and conditions to govern the contract are given in Annexure I. 2. Preparation of tender: The bidder should read the schedule and the terms and conditions before filling and submitting the tender. Any form of overwriting or use of more than one ink in the tender will disqualify the tender. The cover containing quotation should be super scribed as “Quotations for AMC of Servo Stabilizers at NPF Due on 15.05.2013”, failing which the quotations may not be considered. 3. Delivery of tenders: The tender should be addressed to the Administrative Officer, National Phytotron Facility IARI New Delhi-12 and should ordinarily be deposited in the tender box kept in the office for the purpose.
