摘 要 随着网络和科技的发展，经济全球化迅速的形成，已经成为了这个时代的主流。随着经济全球化的形成，供应链也随之诞生，并打破了传统的企业性质、生存环境和经营战略思想。在供应链的环境下，企业难以再仅仅依靠自身的资源来进行库存管理，必须充分的与供应链上的其他节点企业进行协调合作和信息共享。在充分的整合和利用供应链上的信息的基础上，进行现代化的、相关式的、开放式的库存管理，才能更好的适应时代的要求和企业经营的需求。 本文正是在这样的环境下，通过对傲腾现有的库存管理进行观察和分析，发现其中存在的问题，指出并分析产生问题的原因。在这个基础上，结合基于供应链的库存管理的相关知识，提出对傲腾公司现有库存管理的优化和设计方案。最终实现傲腾公司库存管理的科学化、合理化和现代化，更好的为公司的经营进行服务的目的。 关键词：经济全球化；库存管理；供应链；供应链库存管理 Analysis and Design of Inventory Management Programs in Ao Teng Company Based on Supply Chain Management Abstract: With the development of network and technology, economic globalization has been formatted quickly and has become mainstream of this era. With the formation of economic globalization, supply chain also has been born, and broken the traditional business nature, the living environment and the business strategic thinking. In the supply chain environment, it is difficult for enterprises to rely solely on their own resources to inventory management, it is necessary that fully to coordinate, cooperate and share information with the other nodes enterprises in the supply chain. And on the base of the full integration and use of supply chain information, to carry on the modern ,relevant and open inventory management in order to better adapt to the requirements of the times and the business needs.  This article is very in this environment to find the problems through the observation and analysis of the existing inventory management of AoTeng enterprises, point out and analyze the cause of the problems. On this base, combined with the relevant knowledge of inventory management based on supply chain, put up the optimization and design programs of the AoTengs existing inventory management. Last, to achieve the aid that the scientific, rationalization and modernization inventory management of the AoTeng company, in order to provide with better service for the company for the purpose of the operation.
