郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 2012 届 工商管理 专业 班级 题 目 王永庆的企业家精神研究 姓 名 学号 指导教师 职称 副教授 二О一二年 五 月 二十五 日 内 容 摘 要 企业家是现代社会经济发展和制度变迁的微观主体，是一个国家和民族兴亡发达的根基所在。企业家精神作为一个复杂而有机的文化系统，是企业家的灵魂和文化品格。王永庆作为优秀企业家群体的代表，其企业家精神特质对当代企业家有着非常重要的意义，也为铸建优秀的现代企业家精神，培育和塑造现代企业家队提出了新的要求。 本文通过实证性研究、一般性研究和典型性研究等方法，对企业家精神深入剖析，从王永庆的毕生挖掘企业家精神的内涵与价值。从企业家精神视角探讨研究王永庆从学徒到经营之神的商业传奇，这对于我国企业家精神的铸建和企业家队伍的建设无疑也具有重要现实意义。本文创新在于首次以王永庆典型特例为研究对象分析企业家精神，同时为铸建优秀的企业家群体提出新的建议。 关 键 词 企业家精神；王永庆；企业家精神培育 A Study of Wang Yongqings Entrepreneurship Wei Xiuhua Tutor: Shi Zhenhou Abstract Entrepreneurship is the modern micro-subject of socio-economic development and institutional change, is the foundation of developed countries and Nations rise and fall. Entrepreneurship as a complex and organic culture system, is the soul of cultural character and entrepreneurs. As a representative of the excellent entrepreneurs, Wang Yongqings entrepreneurship to contemporary entrepreneur has a very important significance, as well as casting construction of excellent modern entrepreneurship, nurture and shape the new requirements of modern entrepreneur team. This article makes an empirical research, general research and typicality research methods thoroughly by analyzing the entrepreneurship, from Wang Yongqings life to mine the entrepreneurial spirit connotation and value. Studying from the perspective of entrepreneurship of Wang Yongqing from the apprentice to the gods of business legend, we have no doubt have important practical significance to our country the entrepreneurial spirit of team building and entrepreneurs cast construction. The innovation in this paper is to analyze the objects on the entrepreneur spirit of Wang Yongqing typically, and put forward the new suggestions to develop good entrepreneurs group.
