循环经济视角：酒店企业绿色管理模式研究—以长沙神农大酒店为例.docVIP

摘 要 有“无烟工业”之称的旅游业是一个耗能的行业，自然资源和社会文化资源造成破坏全面协调可持续发展实行绿色管理以酒店为例，一般都达到 160kW ·h/m以上, 能源费用占其营业额的 5% - 6%。酒店绿色管理着眼于追求经济效益和环境效益最优化的新型管理。酒店要实行绿色管理，首先要将可持续发展观作为经营管理指导思想其次要将循环经济作为管理理念。循环经济本质是一种生态经济，是在人、自然资源和科技的大系统内，在资源投入、酒店生产、产品消费及其废弃的全过程中，把传统的简单流动的线性增长经济转变为依靠生态型资源的“资源产品再生资源再生产品”的反馈式流动来发展的经济。鉴于此，本文并以长沙神农大酒店为例，进行实证研究，从而试图创建酒店的绿色管理模式。 关键词： 循环经济；酒店；绿色管理；模式 Abstract Tourism is a huge energy-consuming industry. It is always called“ smokeless industry” by people. Take the hotels for example, its energy-consuming is more than 160KW.h/m, and energy costs accounted for the turnover of 5%-6%.With the more attention of the environment and resources, managing the hotel in an economical way is needed .This method focus on ecological environment, and it pursuit economic and environmental benefits and try to maximize this benefits. We should use the sustainable development concept as hotel’s guiding ideology and use the concept of cycling the economy as management philosophy. Circular economy in essence is an ecological economic. It is included in the system of people, natural resources and technology resources. It can change the linear growth of the traditional simple flow economic development renewable resources into the model of resource-products-recycled products relying on ecological resources.
