污水处理控制系统的的设计.doc

 摘 要 污水处理一直是困扰我们国家的一个问题，在中国这个本身水资源就很缺乏的国家但是各方面废水又很多一直得不到处理。污水处理先后经历了解放初期的污水处理其方式一般采用农业灌溉。70直80年代间才逐步兴建了一下污水处理工厂。到了20世纪开始引用对污水处理开始引用一些新技术，其中有AB法，A/O法等等兴建的污水处理工厂也大规模增多。但是目前来看污水处理还存在这很多问题包括污水处理厂建设资金的短缺，污水处理后的再生水得不到充分利用，进口设备的维修及设备备件的开发等一系列问题都深深困扰着我们。 本文主要介绍工厂污水处理的基本工艺，并基于PLC控制的一套污水处理系统，首先文章介绍了PLC控制的工艺及相关过程。其次介绍了硬件结构和设计，工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤，以此介绍PLC在此系统的作用。同时设计出作用于该系统的软件设计，用程序对PLC进行控制以此对此系统的控制。 关键词 污水处理，PLC，系统软硬件设备  ABSTRACT Sewage disposal has been a troubled problem in our country, China itself is lack of resources，but amount of wastewater has no treatment. Our sewage treatment has experienced from the early liberation ways of sewage treatment generally used for agricultural irrigation. in the period of 70 to 80, our country gradually built a sewage treatment plant. In twentieth Century led into sewage treatment beginning to use some new techniques, including AB method, A/O method and so on. Also,sewage treatment plants in the large-scale also increased. But now there are still many problems in wastewater treatment including the shortage of funds for construction of sewage treatment plants, the reclaimed water after sewage treatment not being fully utilized, series of problems in imported equipment repaired and spare parts development deeply troubled us. This paper mainly introduces the basic process of sewage treatment plant and process, and based on the PLC control of a sewage treatment system, the paper adds to the process of PLC control and related process. It introduces the hardware structure and design, the basic principles and steps of the working principle and the design of PLC control system, this paper introduces the role of PLC in this system. At the same time, the article designs to the software design of the system controlling program of PLC control by this system.
