精品论文 参考文献 黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效观察 黑龙江省望奎县中医院 黑龙江望奎 152100 摘要：目的：观察黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法：择取2014年1月-2016年1月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者92例作为本次研究对象，按照患者的入院时间先后顺序随机将其等分为研究组和参照组，每组各包含46例患者，参照组患者采用缬沙坦药物治疗，研究组患者行黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦药物治疗。结果：研究组患者的治疗有效率显著高于参照组患者，组间数据差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对糖尿病肾病患者实施黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦药物治疗，相较单纯实施缬沙坦药物治疗，能够显著改善和提升患者的临床治疗有效率，减低患者的24小时内尿液白蛋白排泄数量生理指标水平，优化患者在患病和接受期间的生理舒适程度和生存质量，延缓患者发生终末期肾衰竭临床结果的时间进程，应当引起广泛关注。 关键词：糖尿病肾病；黄葵胶囊；缬沙坦；临床观察 Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical Observation Zhao Yuping （Wangkui County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine，Heilongjiang，Wangkui 152100，Heilongjiang） [Abstract]Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：selected January 2014 -2016 year in January in our hospital 92 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients as the research object，according to the patients were hospitalized were randomly divided into the study group and control group，each group included 46 patients，control group were treated with valsartan treatment，Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in treatment of patients in the study group line.Results：the effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the implementation of Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients，compared with the implementation of valsartan treatment，can significantly improve and enhance the efficiency of the clinical treatment of patients，reduce the risk of patients within 24 hours urine albumin excretion quantity of physiological indexes of water level，optimization in patient physiological during the illness and accept the comfort and quality of life，time the process of delaying the occurrence in patients with end-stage renal failure clinical results，should arouse extensive attentio
