At present, a FM system in domestic thermal power generating units mainly has the following problems:primary frequency action, the control system can not be stable, large disturbance on the combustion system and main steam pressure, affect the safe operation of a business unit, FM investment enthusiasm is not high;primary frequency action will produce a large number of unqualified power, affecting the unit production efficiency;the set of primary frequency modulation system with artificial cut - throw button can not meet the requirements of the power grid on primary frequency regulation; a slow frequency modulation action is slow, the index does not meet the requirements of the power grid; In view of the existence of the above problems, this paper in a 300 MW thermal power generating units, a FM system as the prototype.
