区域经济合作背景下的南宁市绿色物流体系建设研究
摘要
在区域经济合作日益重要的背景F，南宁市的区位优势得到显现，具备发展
区域性现代物流的良好前景。同时，为落实科学发展观，实现可持续发展，南宁
应建设绿色物流体系。因此，本文的目的在于探讨区域经济合作与南宁物流发展
的关系以及南宁物流发展与城市环境的关系，并在此基础之上推导出南宁绿色物
流体系建设的定位与战略以及相关措施。首先，本文介绍了绿色物流的相关理论，
为后面的研究奠定理论基础。其次，本文分析了南宁区域经济合作现状与前景及
物流发展现状及前景，以及二者的互相影响。然后，本文分析了南宁物流的发展
与城市环境的互相制约关系，同时分析了发展绿色物流的巨大的社会意义与经济
意义。在此基础之上，提出了南宁绿色物流体系建设的定位、战略以及配套的实
施措施。南宁绿色物流体系发展的战略定位是东盟一泛珠一南贵昆三大经济板块
结合部的区域性可持续发展型绿色物流枢纽中心。南宁物流的发展不仅不会污染
城市环境，还将不断提高物流对南宁和谐社会的构建的支持力。南宁绿色物流体
系的基础发展战略是可持续发展型绿色物流体系的跨越战略，四大支持战略分别
是绿色运输体系发展战略、绿色包装体系发展战略、绿色流通加工发展战略和绿
色废弃物物流发展战略。
