（最新）企业管理售后系统 合肥师范学院2011届本科生毕业论文(设计) 企业售后管理系统 摘 要 随着经济全球化和信息技术迅猛发展，越来越多的信息技术运用于企业售后的管理，将企业售后管理与计算机技术相结合能够使售后管理更加方便、简单、省时、及时，趋于系统化和自动化，可以避免不必要的花费和错误。根据企业的资金规模的不同，将企业分为大中小型企业。本论文着眼于中小型企业的售后管理系统的开发设计。 本系统是利用小型数据库Visual FoxPro 6.0软件设计开发。根据需求分析进行设计，利用VFP 的工具实现各个功能界面，同时设置了权限:不同的用户通过口令表单验证后进入的是不同的操作界面。值得一提的是在设计代码过程中利用到了结构化查询语言(SQL)，使编写代码的过程更加方便简单、易操作。 本论文首先概述了该系统开发的背景和开发工具，接着详述了用户的需求分析，明确了系统的功能，最后介绍了系统的总体设计和详细设计，包括系统的总流程、总框架、数据库的设计和其它界面的设计，以及设计中遇到的问题和解决的方案。 关键词:售后管理 Visual FoxPro 6.0 结构化查询语言 权限 I 合肥师范学院2011届本科生毕业论文(设计) ABSTRACT With the rapid development of globalization of world economy and information technologies (ITs), more and more ITs are used in enterprise post-sale management. Integrating the enterprise post-sale management with computer technology will make the post-sale management become more and more convenient, simple, saving time and in time with the help of computer technology management.
