毕 业 论 文 英伦花园一期工程 电气施工组织方案 学生姓名： 指导教师： 专业名称：建筑电气工程技术 机电工程技术学院 2012年6月  指导教师对学生的评语及答辩推荐意见： 答辩小组组长（签名）__________ 年 月 日  摘 要 施工组织设计是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件，是施工技术与施工项目管理有机结合的产物，它是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。 施工组织设计一般分为三个阶段：1、施工条件设计(或称施工组织基本概况)；2、施工组织总设计；3、各个建筑物等单位工程的施工设计。 施工组织设计检查的内容包括工程进度、工程质量、材料消耗、机械使用和成本费用等，把主要指标数额同其相应的施工内容、施工方法和施工进度的检查结合起来，发现其问题，为进一步分析提供依据施工组织设计的调整根据施工组织设计执行情况的检查、发现的问题及其产生的原因，拟定改进措施或方案，对施工组织有关部分或指标进行相应的调整，使施工组织设计在新的基础上实现新的平衡。 关键词： 施工组织设计1；施工技术2；施工项目管理3  ABSTRACT The construction organization design is used to guide the construction project whole process activities technology, economy and organization of comprehensive document, construction technology and construction is organic com-bination of project management, it is after commencement of construction activities can orderly and efficient, scientific and reasonable to guarantee. The construction organization design generally divided into three stages: 1, construction condition design (or says the construction organization basic situation); 2, the construction organization and total design; 3, each building and other units of construction of the project design. The construction organization design inspection contents include project schedule, engineering quality, material consumption, mechanical use and cost etc, the main indexes with its corresponding amount of construction contents, construction method and construction schedule examination, finds its problems combine provide basis for further analysis, the construction organization design adjustment according to the implementation of the construction organization design check, found the causes of the problems and the improvement measures or plan, prepare for construction organization, related parts or index for the corresponding adjustment, to make the construction organization design on a new basis to realize new balance.
