Based on practice and exploration on the pilot of modern apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai ， The situation of these pilot shools is introduced. Quality evalua- tion of the modern apprenticeship system ， which is a kind of “school and enterprise type voca- tional education system” ， is discussed from the five dimensions ， in order to provide a reference for the quality evaluation system of the modern apprenticeship system.
