烟 台 南 山 学 院 毕 业 论 文 题 目 浅谈施工阶段的质量管理 姓 名： 刘 萌 所在学院： 管理科学与工程学院 所学专业： 工程管理专业 班 级： 09级工程管理1班 学 号： 200907280107 指导教师： 潘 洪 涛 完成时间： 2013年04月15日 摘 要 建筑工程施工阶段的质量管理和控制是整个工程项目的核心所在，是工程项目能否顺利竣工的关键，质量的还坏直接影响了项目的投资效益、社会效益。在施工过程中任何一个方面出现问题必然会影响到后期的质量的控制，从而影响到工程的质量目标，增加工程的费用成本。要扭转目前工程质量事故频繁发生的被动局面，就要加强工程施工阶段的质量管理和控制，提高工程质量。质量是工程的灵魂，也是永恒的主题。 工程施工阶段质量的有效管理和控制，直接关系到整个项目能否满足国家质量标准、行业标准以及业主的需求，关系到建筑物的使用年限以及成本的多少，同时质量的优劣也反映了一个国家或者一个地区的社会精神面貌，因此必须加强施工阶段的质量控制。 论文主要基于建设工程施工准备阶段和工程施工阶段质量管理的必要性和重要性，简要分析了我国目前工程项目质量管理中存在的一些漏洞和弊端，并提出做好施工阶段质量管理工作的一些建议和具体措施。 关键词：质量管理，施工阶段，质量保证体系 Abstract Construction engineering quality management and control of engineering project is the core of the project, is the smooth completion of key quality is bad, directly affect the project investment benefit, social benefit. In the construction process, any problems will inevitably influence the quality control, thus to affect the quality of the project objectives, increase the construction cost.
