淮北涡北2.4Mt/a选煤厂方案设计及主厂房（工艺）布置THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE MAINBUILDING OF HUAI BEIGUO BEI2.4 Mt/a PREPARATION PLANT学院（部）：材料科学与工程学院专业班级：矿物加工班学生姓名：学号：指导教师：2016年05月30日淮北涡北2.4Mt/a选煤厂方案设计及主厂房（工艺）布置摘要随着国民经济的不断提高，我国对煤炭的消耗也越来越大。煤炭的消耗在我国能源消耗中占据主体地位。因此，我国对选煤事业尤为重视，对煤炭综合开发利用程度也逐渐增高，通过对选煤厂不断建设，能够实现原煤的高效分选。本次以淮北涡北选煤厂的主厂房为设计主题，通过对资料煤进行煤质分析，绘制出原煤的可选性曲线，并且给出了适合该厂原煤的分选方案。本设计采用原煤分级洗选、块煤跳汰排矸、末煤采用无压三产品重介旋流器分选、粗精煤泥采用二次浮选、煤泥水采用两段浓缩两段回收等工艺。本说明书详细的叙述了涡北选煤厂入料煤的煤质资料综合分析、洗选方案的确定、制定的工艺流程、各流程的计算、设备的选型、主厂房的设备布置以及选煤厂总平面布置。本设计的工艺流程基本上能够满足洗选的要求，完成设计任务要求。关键词：无压三产品重介旋流器，二次浮选，选煤厂，两段浓缩THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE MAINBUILDING OF HUAI BEIGUO BEI2.4 Mt/a PREPARATION PLANTABSTRACTWith the continous development of the national economy,the coal consumpton is increasing in our country. The coal consumption occupies a principal position in our country’s energy consumption. Therefore, the degree of coal’s comprehensive utilization also increased quicly. The Raw Coal can be sorted more efficiently through keeping building the coal preparation plant. This paper will draw the washability curve of Raw Coal based on the coal analysis of Data Coal,which in terms of the main building of Vortex north coal preparation in Huaibei, and will prosose the coal sorting scheme which is suitable for the plant. This design adopts the Raw Coal washing ang grading,the Lunp Coal jugging gangue,the pressureless three products heavy medium cyclone for smalls sorting,the Secondary Flotation for Coarse Coal and the Two Segment Concentration and Two Segment Recycling for slime. This instruction will account detailedly the comprehensive analysis of coal quality data of Incoming Coal,the confirmation of washing solution,the process flow of production, the calculation of each process,the equipment layout of the main building and the general layout of the coal preparation plant.the process flow of this design can meet the requirements of washing basically and complete the design task.Keywords:the pressureless three products heavy medium
