摘 要 随着SUV车型市场的增长，越来越多的汽车厂商纷纷开始设计SUV汽车，市场对SUV的设计也有着很高的要求。而后背门系统作为SUV汽车设计中一个十分重要的部分，也是值得关注的地方。 本课题详细分析了后背门及其附件布置设计；分析了后背门的组成结构；对后背门进行了运动校核。规范的设计开发流程和CAE分析对后背门的设计和附件布置设计起到了辅助作用，并提高了后背门设计的效率。 本文用图表的方式简述了后背门的设计流程；通过CATIA软件为平台对SUV后背门做实体建模；并由同类车型对比可行性分析报告，总结了后背门及其附件的类型、结构及特性，重点对车门附件布置设计过程的内容、规则和特点进行了细致的分析和研究；利用后背门结构断面图对SUV汽车后背门在结构设计上了进行了定义。在设计过程中，通过CAE分析对所设计后背门全车内后视野进行法规的校核和人机工程校核，同时也对后背门及其附件进行运动干涉校核和结构强度校核；就后背门及其附件运动干涉功能进行了详细的探索性论述，并提出了可行的解决方案。 关键词：附件布置设计 设计流程 运动校核 强度校核 干涉  The rear door design of SUV auto ABSTRACT “ The rear door design of SUV auto is the topic that the technique research development center of the SICAR vehicle in Shanghai.This topic is to analyze in detail to carry on the rear door and its enclosure to arrange to design;Analyze by process and CAE of the design development of with norm to arrange to design and enclosure which carries on the rear a door behind the design had assistance function, and raise carry on the rear door a design of efficiency.
