长沙市长沙县黄花镇污水处理厂工艺改进及设计-毕业及设计.docVIP

 摘 要 随着经济的高速发展，城镇化进程的加快，城镇在生产生活中产生的废水和污水增加。长沙县黄花镇原有的污水处理厂采用的生物转盘工艺在处理过程中随着污水量的增加，处理强度的增大而导致生物转盘的盘片上生物膜脱落、排出水质不达标，处理费用增加。为满足黄花镇目前以及未来几年的污水处理的需要本设计对长沙县黄花镇污水处理厂工艺改进，。进水水质为：BOD5 = 120 mg/L,COD = 180 mg/L，NHN= 28 mg/L，SS = 150 mg/L，TP = 2.8 mg/L。针对进水水量和水质，采用具有良好脱氮除磷效果，运行处理简单方便卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺，出水水质达国家污水综合排放一级B标准。主要构筑物的包括污水泵房、格栅、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、污泥浓缩池等。 关键词：污水处理；卡鲁塞尔氧化沟；脱氮除磷 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up, urban wastewater and sewage which generated in the production and daily life are increasing. In HuangHua town of ChangSha County, the original wastewater treatment plant using biological rotating disc process in the process as the volume increases,with the intensity grows to Bio Bio-film leading to the turntable platter off, discharged water quality substandard, which increased the processing costs. In order to meet the needs of Sewage treatment in current as well as the future years in HuangHua town, according to the original process in Changsha County, HuangHua town sewage treatment plant this design is making the progress.The original size was 8200m3/d. Water quality: BOD5 = 120 mg/L,CODcr = 180 mg/L，NH-N= 28 mg/L，SS = 150 mg/L，TP = 2.8 mg/L。Accoding to influent amount and quality, we used the good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and we running simple carrousel oxidation ditch process, the effluent quality was up to the national level of integrated wastewater discharge standard b. The main structures including: sewage pumping stations, grills, grit, oxidation ditches, secondary settling tank, sludge thickening tank and so on.
