The choice of the group as a survey has the following several reasons. First vendor has become Chinas market economy of the inevitable product, no matter in the busy city of Beijing and other coastal cities or in the northwest area behind. There always all more or less influence to our life. People feel that the vendor in the convenience, low price, affordable good products. At the same time, we also felt the serious social security and traffic congestion problem. In China, the legal system, the system is still imperfect in emerging countries to urban management, as a representative of the government departments and the vendor social disadvantaged groups become ablaze often topic. This is our understanding of survey. Vendor is a kind of small capital industry. Many vendors are not pay business tax. Small batch sell goods, peddle or door-to-door selling products, no fixed place can change. The street vendors dont need business license and the relevant certificates. The well-known headquarter, vendor has been in our living environment in, such as the market, the streets and lanes, school surrounding around and tourist attractions nearby. After reasonable arrange and planning in our group, we go out of the school has interviewed 161 people from different areas of citizens, to help us better survey think street vendor problem. The interviewees are: students, teachers and the shop operators, retired old man and car drivers etc. We believe that through different field observation of the crowd evidence, our survey would more meaningful.
