本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 新型手推式割草机设计 机械 院（系） 机械设计及其自动化 专业 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 导师工作单位 起讫日期 摘 要 该设计是一种由小型汽油机带动刀片运动切割草株，人工推动机具前进完成作业的草坪修剪机。 该机主要由发动机，传动机构，旋刀，机壳支撑座和集草袋等组成。采用XY168F发动机，最大输出功率：5.5HP/3600rpm。 工作装置为一条形割草刀直接装在发动机的输出轴上，作业时高速旋转切割草茎。 将割草刀的非刃口做成风机叶片，割草作业时对地面形成一定的真空降草茎吹成直立状态，便于切割并与罩壳相结合形成涡流将割下来的碎草送入集草装置。护罩为涡流形状，是草坪修剪机的支架，为冲压件，用于保护操作者和行人安全，并形成护罩内涡流，给切下物导向和安装行走装置，发动机和工作装置。集草装置为集草袋，主要用于草坪切下物的收集，安装于草坪修剪机的后部，并可以容易的安装或拆下。 行走装置为行走轮和割草装置高度调节装置组成。行走轮通过一个手柄可以相对草坪修剪机的护罩进行调节，将轮子升高，割草机下降，割草高度降低，反之割草高度上升。 关键词 割草机；刀具；传动轴；罩壳及结构设计 Abstract This design in one kind cuts grass by the small gasoline engineimpetus bit movement, the artificial impetus machines advance completes the work lawn pruning machine. This machine is mainly made up of engine, Transmission system, Turning tool,Cabinet, Composition supporting turn and collecting straw bag and so on. The engine: YX168F, Peak power output: 5.5HP/3600rpm. The installment of work is a knife of linearity cuts grass fixing direct on the output shaft of the engine, When revolving at high speed it cuts the grass. The non-cutting edge of the knife is made up to the air blower leaf blade, when working it forms the certain real general grass stalk to the ground to blow stands erect the condition. Is advantages for cuts and unifies with the lagging with form the garrulous grass which the turbulent flow will cut to send in the collection grass installment. The guard shield is the turbulent flow shape. Is the lawn pruning machine support. For pressing part, with by protects the operator and the pedestrian safety.and forms in the guard shield the turbulent flow.
