高空坠落急性颅脑损伤患者院前急救护理的探讨 摘要：目的 研究高空坠落急性颅脑损伤患者院前急救护理的临床价值。方法 选取我院2012年3月至2014年3月在我院接受治疗的高空坠落急性颅脑损伤患者共52例，并抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，各为26例，观察组采取院前急救护理，而对照组患者立即送往医院接受治疗，分析两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组痊愈率为23.08%，显效率为26.92%，明显高于对照组的7.69%和15.38%。观察组重度伤残7.69%，植物人3.85%，死亡人数为0，明显低于对照组的11.54%、23.08%和11.54%，在治疗疗效方面明显由优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对高空坠落急性颅脑损伤患者采取院前急救护理能够有效降低致残、致死率，为治疗赢得宝贵的时间，应在今后临床上广泛推广。 关键词：高空坠落；急性颅脑损伤；院前急救护理；疗效 Falling of pre-hospital emergency care in patients with acute craniocerebral injury Abstract:Objective To study the falling of pre-hospital emergency care in patients with acute craniocerebral injury clinical value. Methods select our hospital in March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital for treatment of falling, a total of 52 patients with acute craniocerebral injury, and the draw randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 26 cases, observation group take the pre-hospital emergency care, and the control group patients immediately sent to hospital for treatment, analysis the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results observation group cure rate was 23.08%, the significant efficiency was 26.92%, significantly higher than the control group were 7.69% and 15.38%. Observation group 7.69% of severe disability, vegetative state by 7.69%, the death toll is 0, significantly lower than the control group were 11.54%, 23.08% and 11.54%, in treatment efficacy significantly by superior to that in control group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion to falling pre-hospital emergency care to patients with acute craniocerebral injury can effectively reduce the disability and mortality, win precious time for treatment, should be in the future can be widely applied clinically.
