摘 要 本论文以吴景超在《独立评论》上发表的有关经济论述的诸多文章为主要的研究材料， 对其的有关工农业的经济思想进行了探析，并由此挖掘出了其中的现代价值成分，以供当下 所借鉴。论文的主体部分是：引文部分主要阐述论文研究的目的，意义与研究方法等，第一 章介绍吴景超的生平介绍和他在《独立评论》时期的一些社会活动及写作情况。第二章介绍 吴景超的工业思想，着重介绍他对工业设备、技术、人才管理、工人保障、经济统制的思想， 第三章介绍吴景超的农业思想，如农业与人口问题、都市建设与农村建设、农村工业化等， 第四章介绍吴景超的“以工立国”与“以农立国”的经济思想，最后是结语，总结评价其经 济思想，并提出合理的建议。 关键词：吴景超；《独立评论》；经济 - I - Abstract The thesis is chiefly based on the articles published on the weekly magazine “Dulipinglun” ， these articles were written by wu jingchao ，mainly concerning the economy illustration.it tells us how Wu disclosed China’s economic development and its prospective tendancy，with a purpose to know what the intelluctuals in the 1930s thought about China’s economic concerns.especially talking about Wu jingchao ，known as one of the 3 talents in Qinghua university 。However ，few writers delved into his economic ideas.Therefore，the thesis is to be based on “Dulipinglun” ，the result is to illustrate his idea about economy and industry ，and to make it a practical tool to serve the current concerns.the main contents are stated as follows ：the preface part is to tell us the purpose 、significance of the thesis，the first part is to give some general information of him and about what he did during that time，the second part is to state some information on his industry idea，mainly focusing on talent management 、equipment、technology,etc.the third part is to introduce his agriculture idea，chiefly regarding agriculture and population，China’s modern farmland，the forth part is to give an integrated idea of his economy thinkings，it is about his topic on making China strong through a combination of industry and agriculture，the last part is to have comments on his economic thinkings and meanwhile，to give the resonable proposals.
