“崇尚师德、研创施教”心得体会 为全面加强我校师德师风建设，教育和引导教师热爱学生，尊重学生，增强教师教书育人的使命感和责任感；进一步健全我校教科研奖惩机制，鼓励教师参与教研、创新求变、以研促教。以教育教学质量再创新高为契机，不断促进我校各项工作持续创新发展。根据红旗教育办公室安排，我校从本学期9月份开始进行“崇尚师德、研创施教”活动。通过本次活动，彻底剔除了我的精神诟病——朝气不足，暮气有余。现将活动开展以来自己的心得体会总结如下： 一、加强组织领导是活动得以实施的根本保证。 为了完满完成本次活动任务，学校成立以校长为组长“崇尚师德、研创施教”活动领导小组，对教育教研活动进行三级管理机制，由教导处、教研组、教师三级组织管理。教研组坚持单周教研，双周业务活动不松懈。先后组织教师外出学习三人次。 在活动中我们又确立本学期教研工作主要是围绕班级管理，创造和谐有序的班级学习环境，在班主任之间成立师徒结对子互动活动。 在活动中，我负责综合组的业务学习及教研活动。年轻教师答国栋，洪婕以身作则，发扬年轻教师的奉献精神，处处身先示范。从中我也感受很深，时不待我，积极向年轻教师学习，不断充电，才能不落后于时代教育要求。 二、认真学习。 我积极组织参加学习“崇尚师德、研创施教”活动方案，从思想上认识到开展本次活动的重要性和必要性。坚持每周三参加学习《公民道德建设实施纲要》、《教育法》、《教师法》、《未成年人保护法》等教育法规、政策。观看黑龙江省佳木斯市第十九中学张丽莉 rooms.
