上海豪顺酒店空调工程 摘 要 本设计所处地点为上海，主要是酒店的空调工程设计。该建筑内主要设有大中餐厅、多功能会议厅、办公室、客房等功能间。本建筑总面积为23040㎡，共十层，地下一层为机房，一层为服务大厅、餐厅等，二层主要为多功能会议厅、会议室，三层主要为办公室，四--九层为住宿区。 本建筑总冷负荷为519.55KW，总热负荷为386.15KW，总新风冷负荷为155.91KW,总新风热负荷为223.31KW。建筑冷指标为：25.06W/㎡；热指标为：18.62W/㎡。其中冷负荷最大值出现在下午5点。 本建筑风系统:餐厅、会议厅房间面积较大、人员较多采用全空气系统；豪华标间、普通标间、办公室等面积较小，采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。 本建筑水系统:本建筑无需同时供热和供冷，且功能区多，人员负荷不稳定，故采用两管制一次泵变流量水系统；为使环路易于平衡，采用垂直同程水平异程的供水方式。 本建筑冷热源:上海市地处长江入海口、太湖流域东缘，境内河湖众多，水网密布，境内水域面积697平方公里。上海河网大多属黄浦江水系，主要有黄浦江及其支流苏州河、川扬河、淀浦河等。而本酒店处于上海郊区，水源资源丰富,采用地下水水源热泵系统作为冷热源对建筑进行夏季供冷冬季供热。 关键词：空调AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEERING DESIGN SUMMARY FOR SHANGHAI HAOSHUN HOTEL ABSTRACT This hotel is located in Shanghai.And this design is mainly about the air condition engineering design for Shanghai HaoShun hotel.The building is mainly equipped with large and medium restaurants, multi-functional conference hall, office and others.The total area is 23040㎡ for the hotel.The building includes nine layers on the ground with a basement. There are service lobby, restaurant and other function rooms on the first floor ，multi-functional conference hall, conference rooms on the second floor, offices on the third floor, and residential area on the for--nine floor. The total cooling load of this building is 519.55KW,the total thermal load is 386.15KW,the total fresh air cooling load is 155.91KW,the total fresh air thermal load is 223.31KW. Cooling index of this hotel: 25.06W/ ㎡; thermal index of this building: W/㎡ . The maximum value of the cold load is at 5 pm. Ventilation system of this system:This design uses all-air system for restaurants, multi-functional conference hall and other large spaces;fan-coil unit with independent fresh air system for deluxe standard rooms, standard rooms, offices and other small spaces.
