Person Plan E. personnel E.1 Management details The operation will be managed by Lisa sugar maker, whose relevant personal details as follows. Relevant experience: 8 year’s experience in sugar making 2 year’s experience as sugar maker manager Relevant training/qualifications: Sugar trade certificate Skill trade certificate In year1, Lisa sugar will complete a four-month (part-time) course in financial management and business law at the ZVEC. Lisa will require wages of $ 50,000 gross per calendar month. This mount of remuneration will be sufficient to meet her monthly personal expenses. E.2 Organization structure The proposed staff organization structure of the business for each of the next four years is as follows: Job profile___Owner/manager full-time___ 70 hrs.p.w Job duties: ingredient making purchasing supplies selling banking takings paying bills and wages Job attributes: minimum 6 years’ relevant experience sugar trade qualifications Remuneration: $10.000 gross p.a. start (plus bonuses) Job profile ___Sugar censor Full-time___ 50 hrs.p.w Job duties: checking qualification of sugars picking up off-grade products Job attributes: minimum 3 years’ relevant experience Remuneration: $7,000 p.a. start(plus bonuses) E.3 Staffing Strategies The staffing strategies that will be adopted to keep staff motivated and productive are as follows: Local newspaper advertising to find suitable staff Remuneration at competitive, above-award rates Adequate facilities and amenities for employees Authoritarian leadership for directing employees Regular health and safety audits of the workplace E.4 Professional adviser The following business advisers will be used: ◆Qualified account Justin Law, My-Town ◆Bank Commercial Bank, My-Town Annual membership of the Sugar Industry Association will be maintained E.5 Personnel controls Total labour productivity will be measured half-yearly to identify any labour performance problems that my o
