第 28 卷第 1 期 四川省卫生管理干部学院学报 2009 年 3 月 Vol 28 No1 JOURNAL OF SICHUAN CONTINUING EDUCATION COLLEGE OF MS March2009 开塞露灌肠解除慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘的效果观察 蔡晓玉 , 李 　莉 (成都市第三人民医院呼吸内科 , 四川成都 , 610031) 　　 [摘要] 　目的: 探讨开塞露灌肠解除慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘的效果及不良反应 。方法 : 将 64 例存在突出便 秘问题的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组 , 分别采用开塞露 40mL 及 02 %肥皂水 500mL 进行灌肠 , 观察两种方法 的治疗效果及不良反应 。结果 : 开塞露灌肠组较肥皂水灌肠组开始排便时间更早 、腹部症状缓解更快 、更少在灌肠过 程中加重患者气紧及污染床单 , 而 24 小时排便量及腹部症状缓解程度无显著差异 。结论 : 开塞露 40mL 不保留灌肠用 于解除慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘较传统方法效果佳 、不良反应少 , 值得临床推广 。 　　 [ 关键词] 　开塞露 ; 灌肠 ; 慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ; 便秘 　　 [ 中图分类号] R 563 　　　 [文献标识码] A 　　　 [文章编号] 1003 - 403X (2009) 01 - 0023 - 02 　　Observing the Clinic Effect of Glycerine Enema on Constipated COPD Patients/ Cai Xiaoyu , Li Li ∥The Third People ’s Hospital of Chengdu , Chengdu 610031 , China 　　Abstract Objective : To study the clinic effect and side effect of glycerine enema on constipated COPD patientsMethods : 64 cases of constipated COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups Patients in the experimental group were clystered with 40mL glycerine enema , and control group with 02 % sudsResults : Compared with control group , patients in experimental group averagely defecated and felt alleviation in abdomen earlier Fewer cases in experimental group made pollution in bedsheet and felt dyspnea than those in control group And no difference was observed in two groups of 24h defecating quantity and alleviation condition of abdomen symptomConclusion : Cathetered Clyster with 40mL glycerine enema is effective and safe to deal with constipation of COPD patients , and it is available for clinical application 　　Ke
