The subjects were selected from the second-year non-English majors of grade A in Gansu Normal University for Nationalities, since there may be little difficulty for the second-year students of grade A to use COCA. The author analyzed the two classes’ scores of CET 4, excluded those who failed to complete all the 5 writing tasks, and selected the first 30 students of each class in CET 4 as the
