毕 业 设 计 学生姓名： 学 号： 学 院： 专 业： 土木工程 题 目： 某行政办公楼设计 指导教师： 评阅教师： 20年 6 月 毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要 本工程为实际应用课题，地点在区内，为城建局办公楼设计。建筑使用场地为70m×30m，建筑耐火等级II级，结构安全等级二级，本工程占地面积约2100平方米左右，建筑面积5000平方米。本建筑共五层，各层梁、板、柱混凝土强度均为C30，纵向受力钢筋采用HRB400级钢筋，其余钢筋用HPB300、HRB335级钢筋。建筑平面呈四方形，总长度为56.7米，总宽度为15米。建筑立面规整。除正面中门为玻璃门外，其余均采用钢铁门，窗为铝合金窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，2至5层柱截面尺寸为500㎜×500㎜，首层柱截面尺寸为600㎜×600㎜。建筑地点地质条件良好，采用柱下独立基础。楼梯采用混凝土板式楼梯，设计严格遵守我国现行规范，计算中包括荷载计算，内力组合，基础设计及验算，柱，梁的强度验算和整体稳定验算，楼梯设计等。 关键词：框架结构 独立基础 钢筋混凝土 抗震设计 毕 业 设 计 外 文 摘 要 Title The designed as the office building of the City Building Department in Shijiazhuang Abstract This project, serving as a practical subject of application, is located in Shijiazhuang downtown area and designed as the office building of the City Building Department in Shijiazhuang . With a level II fireproof grade and a level II safety class, this building occupies a venue of 70m×30m. In addition, this project covers an area of about 2100 square meters and has a building area of 5000 square meters. The strength of the beams, plates and concrete columns in each layer of this five-layered building is C30. HRB400 steel bars are used lengthwise while HPB300、HRB335 steel bars are used anywhere else. The building plane is square with a total length of 56.7 meters and a total width of about 15 meters. The building elevation is neat and clean. All doors are made of steel except the middle door in the front which is made of glass. Aluminum alloy windows are used. This project employs a reinforced concrete frame structure. The sectional dimension of the columns in the second to the fifth layer is 500 mm x 500 mm while that in the first layer is 600mm×600mm. The geological condition of the construction site is good.
