洪涝灾害的危害与防治 Flood hazards and Prevention 洪涝灾害的危害与防治 摘要：洪涝是我国主要的自然灾害之一，分布十分广泛。当雨量过大或冰雪融化引起河流泛滥、山洪暴发和农田积水造成的水灾和涝灾。对人们的生命﹑财产﹑各种建筑﹑设施和资源﹑生态环境会造成直接破坏作用，所以研究洪涝灾害的危害十分必要。只有充分了解洪涝危害的危害，才能更好的去防治。根据以上原则，本论文针对近年来洪涝灾害的实际研究，分析其原因、类别、危害以及防治。结合理论知识及参考文献，融合科学性、知识性和实用性于一体，着重从洪涝灾害的危害这一个方面进行洪涝灾害的分析。指出科学认识洪涝灾害并建立灾害防御体系的重要性，针对洪涝灾害的具体事例，了解近年来我们国家如何建立有效可靠的灾害防御体系。如果能够坚持和采取论文中的观点和措施，就可以从根本上减少洪涝灾害造成的生命财产损失.，不但保障人们的生产生活安全和生态环境，且有助于提高我国灾害的防治水平，具有很高的现实和理论意义。 关键字：洪涝；危害；防治 Flood hazards and Prevention Abstract: ood is one of the major natural disasters in China, widely distributed.
