课程设计报告 课程名称 面向对象技术与C++ 专 业： 探测制导与控制技术  用C++实现企业人才管理系统 摘要 在企业中，人事管理工作是非常重要的一项工作，它负责整个企业的日常人事安排，人员的人事管理等。以前都是人工进行操作。随着企业规模的扩大，人事管理的工作量也大大地加重。随着计算机应用的发展，人事工作者急切希望能够将大部分烦琐的工作交给计算机处理，以减轻人工的压力并提高工作效率 。而计算机的普及加快人事管理系统的产生。 人事管理的主要任务是为实现企业的整体目标提供合适可用的人才，这就要求人事部门进一步加大人事制度改革的力度，建立好人才档案，为企业选拔贤能创造一个良好的工作环境，使员工用其所长、人尽其才；关心和改善员工的生活条件，使员工无后顾之忧，充分发挥自己的内在潜力。 关键词：计算机处理，人事管理，提高工作效率 Enterprise talent management system Abstract In the enterprise, personnel management is a very important work, it is responsible for the entire enterprise day-to-day personnel arrangements, personnel personnel management.
