郑州市某居住区规划设计 摘要： 随着国民经济的持续健康增长和城市化进程的不断加快，城市用地规模相应的在不断扩大，城市居民对于居住区整体规划和环境要求也在不断提高，但是，郑州市现有的城区已经不能满足日益扩大的城市居民人口的居住要求。为了促进郑州市的进一步发展，适应郑州市中心城南地区经济建设要求，满足城市居民对于自然和谐的居住区的需要，改善城区近郊的居住环境，提高居民的居住生活条件，并最终构建一个人与自然和谐发展的新城市居住区，现对该地块进行规划设计，并实施这一工程。 本文依托郑州市******设计研究院编制的《河南省****房地产有限公司控制性详细规划》，按照“人与自然，和谐发展”的主要设计理念，对郑州市中心城区的南部地带（现中陆物流广场周边地区，规划范围包含**路以南、**路以西、**路以东、****路以北范围内地块）进行规划。规划主要内容是对规划区域进行用地分析，结合控制性详细规划的要求，完成该居住区的规划设计，包括居住区总体规划、居住区道路规划、居住区用地规划设计和居住区建筑单体设计等部分。 关键词：居住区，详细规划，和谐发展 One Residential Area Planning and Design of Zhengzhou City Abstract: With the sustained and healthy economic growth and urbanization continue to speed up the process, the scale of urban land use in the expanding urban residential area for the overall planning and environmental requirements has been improved, however, the existing city of Zhengzhou has not to meet the growing requirements of urban population live.
