Judging from the survey, health insurance is the current of floating population in the hope of social insurance programs. Because of the dual economic structure and floating population factors such as liquidity constraints, lead to the original medical security system will be excluded, causing the floating population floating population difficulties in getting, cant see the emergence of the problems. Therefore, actively explore suitable for the medical security system of floating population, get their health can get security, has certain practical significance. This paper selects the floating population of jiaxing part of questionnaire investigation, in-depth interviews and other forms of jiaxing, learned about the floating population, medical protect ensure degree, floating population income, education and medical security sub-factors status.
