两种钢模台车在天花板电站引水隧洞中的对比应用.docVIP

【摘要】当前，以山区河流为主的中小型水电站的开发形式多以径流引水式电站为主，受地形、地质条件的限制，其引水隧洞在布置上洞线较长，引水隧洞的混凝土衬砌施工往往成为工程进度的控制性项目。为了保证引水隧洞混凝土的衬砌质量以及满足工期要求，采用钢模台车衬砌越来越普遍，现结合钢模台车在天花板电站引水隧洞混凝土衬砌中的运用，对穿行式钢模台车和针梁式钢模台车的构造、工作原理、施工工艺流程以及适用性等进行介绍，并将两种台车在实际工程中的运用进行了对比总结，供类似隧洞衬砌施工参考。【关键词】引水隧洞；混凝土衬砌；针梁式钢模台车；穿行式钢模台车；对比运用【Abstract】At present, mainly on mountain rivers, the development of small and medium hydropower stations in the form of multi-run-off diversion type power stations mainly affected by terrain and geological conditions, the diversion tunnel at the layout of the hole-line long diversion tunnel concrete lining progress of the wor
