This article analyzes the unique developmental pattern of Japanese anime industry, and then to proposes enlightenments of the Hang zhou animation industry. Through this research，we can see Japanese animation industry began with the comics industry. And then go down to the downstream industries. Studying of existing data, this article introduces the Hangzhou animation industrial situation and the existence problems. Animation industry is the biggest part of the Hangzhou animation industry. the Hangzhou animation industry isn’t have a integrated industry chain. In the last part, this article proposes enlightenments and corresponding countermeasure suggestions for the Hangzhou animation industry, Compare with the characteristic of the Japanese animation industry.
