本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目： 专家门诊预约系统患者模块 子系统的设计与实现 学院： 软件工程学院 班级： 网络12-3班 姓名： 田江山 指导教师： 刘瑞玲 职称：副教授 完成日期： 2016 年 6 月 16 日 摘 要 随着经济与科学技术的高速发展，信息化的进程不断加快。然而，我国还有部分医院的信息处理停留在手工方式，劳动强度大且工作效率低，医师护士和管理人员的大量时间都消耗在事务性工作上，病人排队等候时间长，辗转过程多，影响了医疗的秩序。门诊挂号系统是整个医院管理信息系统的第一个窗口，是病人到医院就诊要做的第一项工作。它用于收集病人的信息，协调科室医生管理，控制各科室的流量等等。医院门诊预约挂号系统主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。系统对前者要求建立一个数据一致性和完整性强,数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求其应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。 经过分析，医院门诊预约挂号系统采用B/S开发模式也就是浏览器服务器模式，数据库采用SQL Server2005版本，开发环境采MyEclipse 8.5，开发出来的程序可满足班级管理系统的使用和管理上的需要。 关键词：专家门诊；B/S；网上挂号；JSP Abstract With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the process of information technology is accelerating. However, our country is part of the hospital information processing remain in the manual way, high labor intensity and low work efficiency, physicians, nurses and staff a lot of time are consumed in the routine work, the patient waiting in line for a long time, tossing and turning process, the impact of the medical order. Outpatient registration system is the first window of the whole hospital management information system, is the first work to be done by the patient to the hospital. It is used to collect the patients information, coordinate the department doctor management, control the flow of the Department and so on. Hospital outpatient appointment registration system mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of back-end database and front-end application development in two aspects. System of the former requires the establishment of a data consistency and integrity of strong, good data security database. For the latter, it requires the application program function is complete, easy to use and so on.
